Henclewski Nieruchomości limited liability company
has been present on the Poznań real estate market since 1989. It has been one of the first real estate agencies in the capital of Wielkopolska (Great Poland), a western region of Poland. Initially, HENCLEWSKI company functioned as a natural person - Adam Henclewski on the basis of the entry in the business activity register. In 2005 it was transformed into a trading company. At present the shareholders are:

Lidia Henclewska - a licensed manager of real properties (licence no. 696), member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in Chicago, member of the National Qualifying Commission for managers, a co-author of "Plan zarządzania nieruchomością" ("Real Estate Management Plan") published by CH Beck in 2004 and a regular collaborator of the monthly magazine NIERUCHOMOŚCI published by CH BECK.

Adam Henclewski - a licensed real estate agent (license no. 73), a real estate adviser, an investor,analyst and author of numerous articles related to the current situation on the real estate market published, among others, in the "Rzeczpospolita" daily (real estate supplement) and on www.nieruchomista.pl.

At the beginning of its existence HENCLEWSKI NIERUCHOMOŚCI company only helped customers willing to buy, sell or let a real estate by mediating in transactions and providing legal services. Since 1995 the company has also been specialising in professional estate management, investment consultancy, conveyancing and preparing various analyses of the real estate market.
